Automatic Meeting Notes

The TC ISP’s latest upgrade includes an inclusive function for both remote participants and individuals who are hard of hearing. Automatic meeting notes are generated, recording every detail precisely and making them available after the meeting

Real-Time Transcription with Voice Attribution

The standout feature of this update is the real-time transcription service, which can now identify and differentiate up to ten distinct voices in the room. This ensures that each participant’s contributions are accurately captured, fostering a more organized and productive meeting environment.

Expanded Language Support

The TC ISP’s voice attribution transcription service has expanded its capabilities to support 16 languages, including various English dialects, Mandarin, Japanese, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Korean, French, and Italian. This multilingual support makes the TC ISP a versatile tool for global teams, breaking down language barriers and enhancing international collaboration.

High Speech Intelligibility 

The TC ISP has a 3.5m radius and offers excellent speech intelligibility. Its strong double-talk performance implies that even when two persons speak simultaneously, the TC ISP can capture and transcribe both voices correctly.
