The Challenge

The World Wildlife Fund (WWF) is the world’s leading independent conservation organisation. Their UK head office is based in Surrey and occupies 38,750 square feet, arranged over two floors. The building itself operates as an open-plan workplace for over 300 staff, with a 150-seat conference venue, education support facilities and the WWF Experience exhibit.

The Solution

Marquee One delivered technology that would work best for the organisation, in partnership with independent consultants and construction teams. They worked collaboratively to create integrated audio and visual solutions throughout the premises with key areas covered, including:

• the multi-functional auditorium for presentations and video conferencing, complete with cinema surround sound, utilising Tannoy loudspeakers and a Yamaha mixing console with Dante Network Audio
• the front of house digital signage
• the boardroom with large format Samsung display, video conferencing and microphones for all participants
• the meeting rooms for presentations and video conferencing

We support WWF on an ongoing basis with an agreed service level contract making sure they are always covered.
